Hemlock Cabin Backcountry Ski Trip

Skied into Hemlock Cabin in the Diamond Lake area for another great winter adventure! 4 mile ski in with backpacking gear for a 3 night stay in the rustic cabin.

Had the cabin to ourselves and enjoyed several games of Catan Thursday by the wood stove.

We were joined by friends Cheri, Lauren, Rosa and Alden for the rest of the stay.

Skied to the top of Hemlock Butte carving our own trail on Saturday for a great view of Diamond Lake.

Over 18 inches of snow accumulated during our stay, the car was covered when we got back to the snopark! All in all a great way to wrap up the winter ski season, can't wait to go back next year!
